Currently we only ship to addresses in the 48 contiguous US states. We ship most orders via FedEx Ground. In order to best protect the products from damage, to keep our shipping prices as low as possible, and to keep the ordering process as simple as possible, your order may arrive in multiple boxes. For instance, if you order an MShelving Credenza, the steel shelving unit will arrive in one box and the doors will arrive in a separate box, but usually at the same time on the same day via the same FedEx delivery truck.
How long it takes to receive your order depends mainly on if we have your items in stock or not. We usually have most of the standard size units (Media Consoles, Credenzas, Bookshelves, Space Dividers and Storage Cabinets) in stock and can ship them within 2 weeks, but for custom orders it can take up to 12 weeks to receive your order. We will notify you by email as soon as we ship your order and provide you with a FedEx tracking number. Once shipped, your order will usually take from 3-7 days to arrive at your location.
Unless you can convince a friend to do it for you, you will have to assemble your own MShelving. Shipping it disassembled in a flat box allows us to keep our prices low. But it’s really easy, we promise, and seems to take people who are doing it for the first time just a half hour or so. Every package comes with a nice, clear set of instructions by award-winning illustrator Arthur Mount.
